The Channel of Bourgogne

The Channel of Bourgogne always offers me a spectacle of rare beauty. It is a place where history and nature meet and where I spend beautiful moments. Time seems suspended. The Burgundian landscapes are in the spotlight: authentic villages, brightly colored wheat fields, green forests and hills covered with vines. For me, it is more than just a waterway, the canal makes me want to take my time, slow down and lose myself in contemplation. On foot, by bike or on board a barge, you can discover the canal from lock to lock, enjoy a gourmet break and taste the local cuisine accompanied by regional wines!
And because one does not go without the other, I advise you to continue the adventure on the Canal du Nivernais, another gem that completes this journey to the heart of the Bourgogne.
